## TL;DR

AB-2100 is an experimental autologous Integrated Circuit T cell therapy, CRISPR-engineered, logic-gated CAR-T from Arsenal Biosciences, in phase 1 trials for clear-cell renal cell carcinoma; its current status is not stated.

## Summary

AB-2100 (Integrated Circuit T cells) is an autologous Integrated Circuit T (ICT) cell therapy, CRISPR-engineered, logic-gated CAR-T from Arsenal Biosciences. T cells carrying a synthetic logic gate that needs two proteins present together: PSMA on the tumour's blood vessels and carbonic anhydrase 9 on the tumour cells next to them. They also carry shRNAs against immunosuppressive signals in the tumour and a synthetic pathway activator. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for clear-cell renal cell carcinoma. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. Phase 1/2 NCT06245915 is active, not recruiting (37 enrolled). On 31 August 2026 the company announced a new focus on in vivo CAR-T and said data from its autologous solid-tumour programmes would be presented later; it did not say AB-2100 was discontinued. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
