## Summary

ACNS1422 is a single-arm Children's Oncology Group phase 2 study of reduced therapy for children with average-risk WNT-activated medulloblastoma, a subgroup with survival above 90 percent on standard treatment. Craniospinal irradiation is reduced from 23.4 Gy to 18 Gy with a reduced boost volume, and maintenance chemotherapy is shortened. The primary endpoint is progression-free survival.

The registry gives an estimated enrolment of 45 with a primary completion date of March 2028 and no results. The corpus's WNT medulloblastoma page cites it with the St. Jude SJMB12 study (15 Gy) as the trials that define reduced-dose radiotherapy for this subgroup.
