## Summary

OBI Pharma of Taiwan developed adagloxad simolenin (OBI-822) from Samuel Danishefsky's Globo H synthesis. After a phase 2 trial in metastatic breast cancer showed benefit only in patients who mounted an antibody response, the phase 3 GLORIA trial tests it with the adjuvant OBI-821 in the adjuvant setting for Globo H-positive triple-negative breast cancer at high risk of recurrence.
