Its lead, 225Ac-AKY-1189 against Nectin-4, is in a US phase 1b; 225Ac-AKY-2519 against B7-H3 has an IND planned for the first half of 2026 after diagnostic imaging and dosimetry studies; an in-house cGMP radiopharmaceutical facility is due in the second half of 2026; and large pharma investors back it.
