CUSP06 (AMT-707) is an antibody-drug conjugate from OnCusp Therapeutics, with Multitude Therapeutics as licensor (retains Greater China rights). A cadherin-6 (CDH6)-directed antibody-drug conjugate: a CDH6-binding antibody joined by a protease-cleavable linker to an exatecan payload, a topoisomerase-1 inhibitor, with a drug-to-antibody ratio of eight. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for platinum-resistant ovarian cancer, renal cell carcinoma and CDH6-positive solid tumours. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. Phase 1b portion of a phase 1 study; NCT06234423 recruiting on the registry (checked 3 Nov 2026). FDA Fast Track in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer per the October 2026 release. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
