An oral degrader that uses the E3 ligase DCAF16 to destroy BRD9; in preclinical work this released the differentiation block in a broad range of AML models and was synergistic with venetoclax. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for acute myeloid leukaemia and higher-risk myelodysplastic syndromes. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. FDA cleared the IND; phase 1 NCT07723703 recruiting. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
