Andrew Mesecar is the Robert W. Miller Director of the Purdue Institute for Cancer Research (PICR), one of only seven NCI-designated basic science cancer centres in the United States. He is Distinguished Professor of Biochemistry, Walther Professor of Cancer Structural Biology and Assistant Vice President for Research at Purdue University, and a member of the institute's Targets, Structures and Drugs programme.
