## Summary

AVC-201 (Allo-RevCAR01-T-CD123, Allo-RevCAR01-T with R-TM123) is an allogeneic CRISPR-engineered switchable CAR-T cell therapy (RevCAR, with separately dosed targeting module) from AvenCell Therapeutics, with Intellia Therapeutics as partner. Donor T cells, gene-edited with CRISPR to avoid graft-versus-host disease and rejection, carrying a switchable receptor activated only by a separately infused CD123 targeting module, so activity can be switched off and on. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for CD123-positive relapsed/refractory or MRD-positive acute myeloid leukaemia. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. Phase 1a portion of RevSTAR-123 completed; results presented as an EHA 2026 late-breaking plenary oral (company release 2 June 2026). Registry status recruiting. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
