## Summary

Benmelstobart (TQB2450) is a humanised anti-PD-L1 antibody developed by Chia Tai Tianqing, part of Sino Biopharmaceutical. The NMPA approved it in 2024 for first-line treatment of extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer together with the multi-kinase inhibitor anlotinib and platinum-etoposide chemotherapy, on the ETER701 phase 3 trial, which reported longer overall survival than chemotherapy alone. It is the first checkpoint inhibitor approved in a four-drug first-line regimen for this cancer.
