Its own oncology lead, BD200, is a multibody drug conjugate binding both TROP-2 and Nectin-4, with preclinical data presented at AACR 2026; a phase 1a/b first-in-human dose escalation and expansion trial (NCT07797907) in selected advanced or metastatic cancers was registered with a planned start at the end of 2026. Its first registered cancer trial as sponsor, NCT07797907, was posted on ClinicalTrials.gov in September 2026.
