## Summary

BPX-601 is an autologous CAR-T cell therapy (GoCAR platform) from Bellicum Pharmaceuticals, with Regeneron Pharmaceuticals as acquirer. An autologous GoCAR-T product containing Bellicum's inducible MyD88/CD40 (iMC) activation switch, designed to treat solid tumours expressing prostate stem cell antigen (PSCA). Its furthest stage is phase 1, for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in 2 studies linked below. Bellicum discontinued its trial in March 2023, but ClinicalTrials.gov now lists Regeneron Pharmaceuticals as sponsor of a new phase 1 (NCT07543055, recruiting, start 8 Sept 2026) and of the earlier NCT02744287 (terminated). Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
