## Summary

Carrick Therapeutics is a clinical-stage oncology company whose lead programme is samuraciclib (CT7001), an oral CDK7 inhibitor discovered at Imperial College London with Cancer Research UK funding. Samuraciclib has also been combined with elacestrant and with vepdegestrant, and the company reports FDA Fast Track designations in CDK4/6 inhibitor-resistant HR-positive breast cancer and in triple-negative breast cancer. Its second programme, CT7439, is an oral CDK12/13 inhibitor that also acts as a molecular glue degrader of cyclin K, in a phase 1/2 trial in solid tumours (NCT06600789). The company has clinical collaborations with Pfizer, Roche, Menarini and Arvinas. It moved its headquarters from Dublin to Boston in June 2024 and keeps teams in Ireland and the UK.
