An allogeneic anti-BCMA CAR-T cell therapy made with four Cas12a chRDNA edits: TRAC knockout, a humanised anti-BCMA CAR inserted into TRAC, and a B2M-HLA-E fusion inserted into B2M that knocks out endogenous B2M, meant to blunt T and NK cell rejection by the patient's immune system. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. Company calls it its second clinical-stage program; NCT05722418 (phase 1) recruiting. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
