## Summary

Other programmes include CDR609 against LGR5, and a Boehringer Ingelheim partnership in geographic atrophy and autoimmune disease, including a November 2025 global licence for CDR111 with up to CHF 456 million in payments. Its first registered cancer trial, NCT06402201, was posted on ClinicalTrials.gov in May 2024.
