## TL;DR

The first dedicated immunotherapy trial in NUT carcinoma, asking whether a PD-1 antibody can do anything in a cancer that chemotherapy rarely controls.

## Summary

Case reports have described occasional responses of NUT carcinoma to checkpoint inhibitors despite its low mutation burden. This Northwestern University pilot gives cemiplimab to fifteen patients with metastatic or unresectable disease and measures safety and clinical activity. It is recruiting.
