## Summary

CER-1236 is an autologous chimeric engulfment receptor T-cell therapy (CER-T) from CERo Therapeutics. An autologous T cell therapy designed to target TIM-4 ligand (phosphatidylserine), an 'eat me' signal on abnormal cells, through the external domain of the receptor TIM-4. It is meant to combine T cell killing with phagocytic clearance. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for acute myeloid leukaemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, myelofibrosis and non-small cell lung cancer (planned). ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. Phase 1 in AML, MDS and myelofibrosis recruiting (NCT06834282). The 10-K filed 15 April 2026 says a second IND for NSCLC and ovarian cancer was accepted on 27 March 2025, with a phase 1 expected in the second half of 2026; no registered solid-tumour trial was found. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
