## Summary

The Children's Cancer and Blood Disorders Center at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters (CHKD) says it follows more than 500 childhood cancer patients, from newborns to people in their mid-20s, with more than 70 new cases diagnosed each year on average. It also cares for more than 500 children with sickle cell disease and nearly 300 with coagulation disorders.
