## Summary

Compass Therapeutics is a Boston clinical-stage, oncology-focused company developing antibody-based therapeutics. Lead candidate tovecimig is a DLL4 x VEGF-A bispecific antibody; data from the COMPANION-002 phase 2/3 study in biliary tract cancer were selected for an oral presentation at ESMO 2026, and the company expects FDA feedback in the third quarter of 2026 ahead of a potential BLA filing later in the year. CTX-8371, a PD-1 x PD-L1 bispecific, is in phase 1 cohort expansions in triple-negative breast cancer, Hodgkin lymphoma and non-small cell lung cancer, and CTX-10726, a PD-1 x VEGF-A bispecific, has dosed its first phase 1 patients with initial data expected in the fourth quarter of 2026. A phase 2 study of CTX-471, a CD137 agonist antibody, in NCAM (CD56)-expressing tumours is planned.
