## TL;DR

CRG-150 is an experimental autologous gene-edited regulatory T-cell therapy from CoRegen, in phase 1 trials for relapsed or refractory HR-positive HER2-negative breast cancer, triple-negative breast cancer and prostate cancer.

## Summary

CRG-150 (SRC-3KO Treg) is an autologous gene-edited regulatory T-cell therapy (Treg) from CoRegen, with Baylor College of Medicine as partner. A patient's own regulatory T cells with the SRC-3 gene disrupted, given back as adoptive cell therapy. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for relapsed or refractory HR-positive HER2-negative breast cancer, triple-negative breast cancer and prostate cancer. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. FDA notified the company in June 2026 that the CRG-150 study may proceed; phase 1/2 NCT07730125 not yet recruiting, start listed as November 2026. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
