## TL;DR

A Chinese lung cancer study following people whose blood tests stayed negative after surgery, to see whether they can safely skip further treatment.

## Summary

CTONG 2201 (NCT05457049) is a prospective, multicentre, single-arm observational study by the Chinese Thoracic Oncology Group. Patients with resected stage IB to IIIA non-small cell lung cancer whose residual disease tests are undetectable at the landmark and over time are followed closely; the primary endpoint is two-year disease-free survival. The registry lists 180 planned participants and an estimated primary completion in December 2026.
