Cytospire Therapeutics is a London biotech developing multispecific antibodies that engage gamma delta T cells across their subtypes (pan-gamma delta T cell engagers) rather than the CD3 receptor used by most T cell engagers. On 5 May 2026 the company announced an oversubscribed GBP 61 million (USD 83 million) Series A led by 4BIO Capital, with Servier Ventures, Sound Bioventures, British Business Bank, Criteria Bio Ventures, Modi Ventures, Medical Incubator Japan and Pathway Bioventures joining existing investors Abingworth and LifeArc Ventures.
