## Summary

DAMAE Medical, a Paris spin-off from the Institut d'Optique founded in 2014, developed line-field confocal optical coherence tomography, combining the depth of OCT with the resolution of confocal microscopy in a handheld probe. Its deepLive device is CE-marked and studied for melanoma, basal cell and squamous cell carcinoma diagnosis and AI-assisted reading.
