## Summary

DNX-2401 (DNX2401, Delta-24-RGD-4C, Ad5-DNX-2401) is an oncolytic adenovirus from DNAtrix. An engineered version of the common cold virus (adenovirus) designed to selectively infect and kill cancer cells while leaving healthy cells unharmed. Its furthest stage is phase 2, for recurrent glioblastoma, malignant glioma, diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma and paediatric high-grade brain tumours. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in 9 studies linked below. DNAtrix said in March 2021 that DNX-2401 'will enter into a global pivotal Phase 3 clinical study' in recurrent glioblastoma; no such phase 3 is registered. DNAtrix's own studies are completed and the company has announced nothing since 2021. Investigator-sponsored trials are still recruiting (NCT07424092 Navarra phase 2, NCT05009992 UCSF phase 2, NCT03896568 and NCT07444606 MD Anderson phase 1), registry checked 3 Nov 2026. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
