## Summary

EGL-001 (anti-CTLA-4-IL-2m) is an immunocytokine: anti-CTLA-4 antibody fused to an IL-2 mutein from Egle Therapeutics. An investigational anti-CTLA-4-IL-2m fusion protein designed to selectively disarm and remove regulatory T cells in the tumour microenvironment and to block CTLA-4 to help restore effector T-cell priming and function. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for advanced solid tumours and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (neoadjuvant trial planned). ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. Phase 1/2 first-in-human study NCT06622486 recruiting; homepage pipeline bar is half-way into Phase I. A randomised phase 1/2 neoadjuvant HNSCC trial with pembrolizumab, funded by a Horizon Europe grant (March 2026), has no NCT id found yet. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
