## Summary

Enara Bio searches for what it calls Dark Antigen targets, cancer-specific peptides from non-canonical parts of the genome, using its EDAPT platform, and builds bispecific T-cell engagers on its EnTiCE platform. Its lead programme, ENA101, is a T-cell engager that recognises a DARKFOX peptide presented by HLA-A*03:01; the company says DARKFOX is encoded by an alternative open reading frame within FOXM1 and is found in NSCLC, upper GI, colorectal, breast, ovarian, head and neck, bladder and other cancers. Boehringer Ingelheim has licensed multiple Dark Antigen targets from Enara and is developing vaccines for non-small cell lung cancer from them. The company names RA Capital, Pfizer Ventures, M Ventures, Samsara BioCapital and SV Health Investors as backers.
