Earlier programmes include ERAS-007 (an ERK inhibitor, phase 1b/2 HERKULES-3 in colorectal cancer combinations) and ERAS-801 (phase 1 THUNDERBOLT-1 in recurrent glioblastoma), while the company is exploring strategic alternatives for ERAS-12, an EGFR domain 2/3 bispecific antibody. Erasca completed its Nasdaq IPO in July 2021 with gross proceeds of 345 million US dollars and has since completed several follow-on offerings.
