## TL;DR

Led CodeBreaK 100, the trial that made sotorasib the first approved KRAS inhibitor, and showed STK11/KEAP1 co-mutations blunt immunotherapy.

## Summary

Ferdinandos Skoulidis was lead author of the phase 2 CodeBreaK 100 report that won sotorasib accelerated approval for KRAS G12C-mutant NSCLC, closing forty years of KRAS being undruggable. His earlier work showed that STK11 and KEAP1 co-mutations define an immunotherapy-resistant subgroup of KRAS-mutant lung cancer. He continues to lead KRAS combination trials at MD Anderson.
