## Summary

frontMIND, trial NCT04824092 sponsored by Incyte and MorphoSys and published in the Lancet in 2026, produced the first frontline regimen to beat R-CHOP in high-risk large B-cell lymphoma since rituximab itself, by adding the CD19 antibody tafasitamab and lenalidomide. It randomised 899 patients with IPI 3 to 5 disease to tafasitamab plus lenalidomide with R-CHOP or placebo with R-CHOP and met its primary progression-free survival endpoint at two years after a median follow-up of 35.2 months, with overall survival immature and added haematological toxicity; a supplemental application was planned for the first half of 2026. OnCo links it to lymphoma, tafasitamab, lenalidomide and the IPI term. Whether the progression benefit converts into a survival benefit, and how the regimen compares with Pola-R-CHP, are the open questions.
