## Summary

Gut appears monthly and publishes the British Society of Gastroenterology's guidelines alongside international consensus statements such as the CAPS consortium's 2020 recommendations for surveillance of people at inherited risk of pancreatic cancer, population studies of pancreatic cysts (the SHIP MRCP cohort), the Dutch high-risk surveillance yield, and the colorectal screening and Barrett's surveillance literature. Hybrid access; guidelines are free to read. Added to the corpus by the pancreatic cancer review of 24 September 2026 because four of the pancreatic key papers are published in it.
