## Summary

H101 (Oncorine) is an E1B-55K-deleted adenovirus derived from the same design as ONYX-015, developed by Shanghai Sunway Biotech. The NMPA (then the SFDA) approved it in November 2005 for late-stage nasopharyngeal carcinoma in combination with chemotherapy, ten years before talimogene laherparepvec became the first oncolytic virus approved in the United States. It is injected into the tumour.
