In WHO's schedule table (resource MT_AD_SCHEDULER), read on 4 November 2026 with each country's latest reported year, 94 of the 175 countries and territories with a routine HPV schedule list a target population that includes males. Among the national records here, Brazil, Mexico, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and Switzerland vaccinate girls and boys; Nigeria, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, South Africa and South Korea vaccinate girls only. HPV vaccines are licensed in males against anal cancer and other HPV-related disease as well as in females against cervical cancer (see the gardasil-9 and cervavac records).
