## TL;DR

Led DYNAMIC, the first randomised trial to show ctDNA can safely guide who needs chemotherapy after colon cancer surgery.

## Summary

Jeanne Tie led DYNAMIC, which showed that using ctDNA to decide adjuvant chemotherapy in stage II colon cancer halves chemotherapy use without worsening recurrence-free survival, the first randomised proof that ctDNA-guided de-escalation works. Her 2016 study established post-operative ctDNA as a powerful marker of residual disease. She now leads DYNAMIC-III and DYNAMIC-Rectal.
