## TL;DR

Stuttgart's municipal hospital, whose children's hospital is the home of the Cooperative Osteosarcoma Study Group that ran EURAMOS-1, the largest trial ever in bone cancer.

## Summary

Klinikum Stuttgart is one of Germany's largest municipal hospitals. Its Olgahospital is the children's hospital, and its Department of Paediatric Oncology, Haematology and Immunology, headed by Stefan Bielack, is the study office of the Cooperative Osteosarcoma Study Group (COSS). From there Bielack led the German arm of EURAMOS-1, the international randomised trial in osteosarcoma, and maintains the COSS registry that underpins much of what is known about the disease's outcomes.
