## TL;DR

The first oral SERD to reduce recurrence after surgery, by about 30%, compared with today's hormone pills.

## Summary

Presented SABCS December 2025: ~30% reduction in invasive disease-free survival events versus standard endocrine therapy, consistent across menopausal status (ASCO 2026 subgroup: 35% pre-, 26% post-menopausal). Regulatory submission planned. If approved, the first change to adjuvant endocrine backbone since aromatase inhibitors.
