## Summary

LungenClinic Grosshansdorf is a specialist hospital for lung disease outside Hamburg and a site of the German Center for Lung Research (Airway Research Center North). Its Department of Thoracic Oncology, headed by Martin Reck, was the lead centre for KEYNOTE-024, the 2016 trial that established first-line pembrolizumab for PD-L1-high non-small-cell lung cancer, and has contributed to most large lung cancer immunotherapy and small-cell lung cancer trials since.
