## Summary

MRT-2359 is an oral molecular glue degrader from Monte Rosa Therapeutics. An orally bioavailable molecular glue degrader of the translation termination factor GSPT1; by disrupting translation it reduced levels of prostate cancer oncoproteins including androgen receptor, MYC and cyclin D1 in preclinical models. Its furthest stage is phase 2, for castration-resistant prostate cancer. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in 2 studies linked below. Pipeline graphic shows 'Phase 1' but the same page describes the ongoing phase 2 MODeFIRe-1 study (NCT07745361, registry phase 2, recruiting) with apalutamide. Earlier phase 1/2 NCT05546268 is active, not recruiting. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
