## Summary

Medicare's code 0403U describes "MRNA, GENE EXPRESSION PROFILING OF 18 GENES, FIRST-CATCH URINE", and Palmetto MolDX article A58700 lists it for the pre-biopsy and post-biopsy settings. In its development and validation study (validation cohort 743), the area under the curve for grade group 2 or higher cancer was 0.81 for MPS2 and 0.82 for MPS2+, against 0.60 for PSA alone and 0.77 for the Prostate Health Index, with negative predictive values of 95 to 99 per cent (Tosoian 2024). The maker's site refused the request, so its current owner and claims are not recorded here.
