## Summary

The directory describes the platform as a comprehensive overview of all human colorectal cancer studies in the Netherlands, started to connect fundamental and clinical research and to speed access to clinical samples for proof-of-concept and validation studies. It lists 50 collections, each a study: examples read on 4 November 2026 include PROCORE (479 samples), Protect (1,000 samples from 900 donors), an NTRK collection (400 samples), Lateral Nodal Recurrence in Rectal Cancer (LaNoReC), STAR-TREC II, and sub-studies of the Prospective Dutch Colorectal Cancer cohort (PLCRC-ORCA, PLCRC-QUALITAS).
