## Summary

OTS-P22 is Oncotherapy Solutions' most advanced preclinical peptide drug conjugate. The company reports high stability in human plasma in vitro and complete tumour growth inhibition in an HCC1806 triple-negative breast cancer model in mice after one intravenous dose of 1.4 mg/kg, and plans IND-enabling studies for triple-negative breast, metastatic ovarian and endometrial cancers. No registered trial was found.
