Five-year follow-up of the CLASSIC trial (1,035 patients) at a median of 62.4 months: disease-free survival events in 27 percent of chemotherapy patients against 39 percent of observation patients (hazard ratio 0.58); estimated five-year disease-free survival 68 against 53 percent and overall survival 78 against 69 percent (hazard ratio 0.66).
