# Targeting ALK With Crizotinib in Pediatric Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma and Inflammatory Myofibroblastic Tumor: A Children's Oncology Group Study

## Summary

A Children's Oncology Group study of the ALK inhibitor crizotinib given by mouth twice daily to 26 patients with relapsed or refractory ALK-positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma and 14 with metastatic or inoperable ALK-positive inflammatory myofibroblastic tumour, with serial measurement of NPM-ALK fusion transcripts in ALCL.
