## Summary

Chapter of the FIGO 26th Annual Report presenting the staging, treatment and survival of women with primary carcinoma of the vagina reported to the FIGO registry, by stage, histology and treatment modality.

Five-year survival fell steeply with stage, from most women with stage I disease to a minority with stage IV, and radiotherapy was the mainstay of treatment across stages. The report is the reference for vaginal cancer prognosis by FIGO stage.
