## Summary

FIGO Cancer Report chapter covering the epidemiology, HPV association, diagnosis, FIGO staging and management of primary vaginal cancer, including squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma and rarer histologies.

It recommends external beam radiotherapy with brachytherapy for most invasive tumours, surgery for selected early lesions, and concurrent cisplatin extrapolated from cervical cancer trials, and it sets out follow-up and the management of recurrence.
