## TL;DR

Adding low-dose rucaparib to cisplatin did not significantly improve the main outcome after surgery. Limited drug exposure makes this an incomplete test of other PARP strategies.

## Summary

Randomized postoperative TNBC or BRCA-mutated breast trial with residual invasive tumour greater than 2 cm or persistent nodal involvement after neoadjuvant therapy. Patients received cisplatin alone or with low-dose rucaparib; accrual occurred in 2010 to 2013.
