Preclinical programmes include TJ106 (biparatopic HER2 dual-payload ADC) and TJ108 (EGFR x HER3 dual-payload ADC). The company states it was founded on 11 January 2022, took angel financing from Med-Fine Capital in 2022 and a Pre-A round from Decheng Capital in 2023, signed a co-development collaboration with Samsung Bioepis in October 2025, and closed a USD 60 million Pre-A+ round led by Lapam Investment in November 2025.
