## TL;DR

PRP is a mixture of two inactive digestive enzymes from Propanc Biopharma, intended to slow tumour growth and spread. It is still being prepared for a first trial in people.

## Summary

PRP is Propanc Biopharma's lead candidate, a formulation of trypsinogen and chymotrypsinogen. The FDA granted it orphan drug designation for the treatment of pancreatic cancer in June 2017. Propanc reports laboratory and dose range-finding studies, a GMP manufacturing process and a bio-analytical assay prepared for a phase 1b first-in-human study in advanced cancer patients, which had not begun when the October 2026 registration statement was filed.
