## Summary

Radiotherapy and Oncology (Radiother Oncol), known as the Green Journal, is the journal of the European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology (ESTRO), founded in 1983 and published by Elsevier on a hybrid access model. It publishes ESTRO consensus contouring guidelines, randomised radiotherapy trials, normal-tissue toxicity modelling, adaptive and image-guided radiotherapy studies, physics and health-economic analyses of radiotherapy access in Europe, and the evidence base for hypofractionation and proton therapy. Its readers are radiation oncologists, medical physicists and trialists. Within OnCo it is linked from the FLASH radiotherapy entry and the Jens Overgaard and Jean Bourhis biographies, and it is the place to look for European radiotherapy trials and contouring consensus.
