Relcobatinib (ELVN-001) is an oral small-molecule kinase inhibitor (ATP-competitive) from Enliven Therapeutics. A highly selective ATP-competitive BCR::ABL1 inhibitor that binds a P-loop "folded-in" active conformation of ABL1; designed to avoid off-target activity and to cover mutations that cause resistance to allosteric inhibitors such as asciminib. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for chronic myeloid leukaemia. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in 3 studies linked below. Phase 1 ENABLE recruiting (NCT05304377, NCT06787144); phase 3 ENABLE-2 versus investigator-selected TKI (NCT07905183) registered, not yet recruiting. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
