In May 2026 the FDA granted Fast Track designation to RPTR-1-201 for HLA-A*02:01-positive adults with unresectable or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer after standard therapies. Earlier programmes in development include RPTR-1-301 (HPV-positive cancers), RPTR-1-004 (prostate cancer) and half-life-extended RPTR-1-005 and RPTR-1-006. The company has partnerships with Bristol Myers Squibb, Genentech, Pfizer and Eli Lilly.
