## Summary

Rona Yaeger is a gastrointestinal medical oncologist and physician-scientist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She was first author of the 2023 New England Journal of Medicine report of the KRYSTAL-1 cohorts in which adagrasib alone and with cetuximab produced responses in heavily pretreated KRAS G12C-mutant metastatic colorectal cancer, the basis of the combination's accelerated approval. Her laboratory studies mechanisms of resistance to RAS and BRAF inhibitors.
